The production manager oversees quality control across the team to guarantee every roof meets our high standards. Crews focus on craftsmanship while supervisors handle logistics, relay information, and act as a resource for both clients and neighbors.
Quality Control, Cleanup, & Walkthrough: Multiple layers of quality checks ensure nothing is overlooked: the crew completes their work, the site supervisor inspects, and our sales rep performs a final recheck the next day. Cleanup is thorough, and a final walkthrough with the client ensures any requested tweaks are addressed through a punch list. Manufacturer and workmanship warranties provide additional confidence, but our real value lies in the attention to detail and care embedded throughout every step.
